What is the return policy?
We always aim for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 28 days of delivery, no quibbles. Items just need to come back unused and in the condition they arrived in. Get in touch with us at hello@sofastyle.co.uk and we'll arrange everything from there.
Are any purchases final sale?
Sofa bed mattresses can't be returned once delivered, for hygiene reasons. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, though, please get in touch and we will put it right.
When will I receive my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email with further shipping information. Most orders are delivered within 28 days of purchase, store to door.
Where are our products manufactured?
Every one of our sofas is made by hand in our own workshop in East Sussex, and that's also where we ship them from. Keeping everything under one roof means we look after each sofa from the first cut of fabric right through to delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is currently free on all orders to mainland UK. We're unable to deliver outside mainland UK at the moment, but if you're based elsewhere and need something, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Are your sofas sustainable?
Sustainability is something we think about in everything we make. We source all of our materials ourselves and only buy what we need rather than ordering in bulk, which cuts down on waste. Our sofas use sustainable fabrics and eco-friendly Ultra Flex foam, and because everything is made and shipped from our East Sussex workshop, we're always looking for ways to keep our carbon footprint as low as we can.
